Advertisements which we published on this website, should not have been published. In the advertisements we made numerous claims that the advertised products (Calm Cream, Heavy Metals Screen Test, Clear-Out Detox Clay Bath, Environment Detox General Clay Bath, Mercury Detox Clay Bath, Cadmium & Smokers Detox Clay Bath, Arsenic Detox Clay Bath, Aluminium Detox Clay Bath, Copper & Lead Detox Clay Bath, Methyl Sulfonyl Methane, Organic Silica and Cell Food, Cell Food with Dissolved Oxygen, and Cell Food Oxygen Gel-Oxygenating Skin Care, and PER Pulsed Energy Replenisher) could have therapeutic benefits such as the elimination of heavy metals, relief of pain, and relief of serious conditions such as high blood pressure. In many cases the advertised products were not permitted to be advertised as therapeutic goods.
A complaint about the advertisements was recently upheld by the Complaints Resolution Panel. We provided no evidence to support the claims we made, and the Panel found that the claims were unlawful, misleading, and unverified and breached the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code.
