Terms & Conditions of Sale.

  1. Payments. All orders received by Inner Glow Health Products, Juicers, Nutritional products, Bowel Management products, Hulda Herbs, Books of Revelation, Aubrey Organics etc.(either jointly or severally known as "The Company") must be paid in full prior to despatch of order.

    All orders due for payment prior to despatch will be cancelled by The Company unless payment is received by The Company within 14 days from date of order.

  2. Pricing. The Company reserves the right to invoice at prices ruling on the day of despatch, regardless of prices printed elsewhere or shown on the Inner Glow website.
  3. 3rd Party Deliveries. Goods ordered and paid for by a customer, for despatch to a 3rd party, will incur an administration fee of $4.00 per person to whom orders are sent.
  4. Returns. Goods will be accepted for return and credit only if seals of containers are intact and items are unused, and are received at our business address within 14 calendar days from invoice. A 10% Re-Stocking fee may be charged at the Company's discretion.
    All Returns must be authorised in advance by our office. Neither original nor return postage will be refunded unless the reason for return is because of a mistake by The Company or fault in the product. We do not accept C.O.D. returns under any circumstances, and delivery of such will be returned to sender with all C.O.D expenses payable.
  5. Backorders. Items out of stock will not be backordered, however we will hold your request, and contact you when stock is available
  6. Unattended Premises. Orders requested to be left unattended at customers' premises will be entirely at customers' risk.
  7. All Insurance is at buyers risk unless we are requested to charge for cover.
  8. By placing an order with the Company, you agree to, and accept each and all of the above conditions.
